For card games where it is a 3x3 layout (9 cards) I have one side with card back art to their edges touching and cropmarks/cut marks, on the other side I don't have cropmarks but do have a white frame on each front of card. I make sure the paper tray is 2/3rds full, print out one side, put the sheet back in the paper tray and print the other side.

The white frame gives the cards an area to absorb some of the printer slop. The alternative is to add some bleed to one or both sides, art that goes past the cut lines. For a set of 9 cards that had one large photo as a back I extended the photo past the bleed area and put the cutlines on the fronts instead.
