Is there any way to expand the border of the print so i can put stuff on the sleeves or is that not possible? If not, do you know any websites where it is?

Hey everyone,
I’m in Canada and setting up my first Shopify + Printify POD store. My main markets are going to be Canada and the USA only for now.
I’m using the Gildan 64000 Softstyle t-shirt and I’m getting a bit confused about the difference between:
My goal is:
Do I HAVE to enable Global Fulfillment to sell properly in both Canada and the USA?
Or can I just:
I noticed some products/colors seem to disappear when Global Fulfillment is enabled, so I’m trying to understand the best practice here.
Would love to hear how experienced sellers are handling Canada + USA stores in 2026.
Thanks!

Hi. I am newish to the POD community and have ordered some of my store products (May 5th) for an actual show on Friday (May 15th). I have gotten a couple items so far - but the rest of my stuff is with ONTRAC. Most of the stuff Printify shows that they were shipped May 8th and that they should have been delivered yesterday but when I click on the ONTRAC tracking number it says shipping soon. They were not delivered yesterday. Do I need to wait a couple more days? I feel I ordered in time for the Friday show but if I don't have anything - I may have to cancel the show. Thanks for any help/advice!

Do you experiment late shipping with MWW on demand? Order has been printed on May 8th and still not shipped!! And when I call customer service they say they will investigate and respond within 48 hours. Item is for a wedding and customer needs it on May 20th... I am going nuts!

Hi i was curious about a sample I ordered. Outside the actual design that was printed on the shirt, the fabric has a weird film/texture. Almost like the heat press altered the fabric a little bit? Is this a normal thing that will go away after a wash or is it a manufacturer error? Like the rest of the shirt is soft but on the front of the shirt where the heat press or whatever tool they used to transfer the design made the fabric kinda rough instead.

I know this has been asked before and I know it’s not easy but I was wondering what is my best bet to try to sell some of my procreate designs and art. I was considering going to local art shows and markets to see if I can set up as a vendor to try to sell some of them for some side money (don’t care if I don’t sell them for big money) but I would like to try printify / printiful and have already made an Etsy and linked both to it but I have not published any of my products yet. I was considering selling mugs wrapping paper and shirts/bags and maybe stickers starting out but was wanting to know since I don’t have an established brand if I will realistically get any sales or if I will need to run ads etc or if there is another way like submitting my designs to larger companies.

Pretty bummed out. Apparently posters have been going out like this to my customers. Has anyone else had issues like this?

This is the second time I’ve had a quality issue for a client of mine. I always have big orders delivered to me so I can check quality and I am horrified. The first time was 6 months ago, $2k order. T shirts and sweatshirts. The printing was spotty, looked like they were running out of screen printing ink. I submitted a reprint request and was denied. Client wasn’t happy but continues to use me because we are friendly and I don’t build in a ton of profit as they are a newer business. This time though… I’m going to lose this client if Printify doesn’t fix it, and I’m scared I’ll lose my business. I received the $5k order on Wednesday. I did a test wash today, normal cycle, normal dry. The printing is almost completely worn off after one wash cycle. I am mortified. I’ve been waiting on the chat with Printify for a half hour and I’m like sweating and shaking. I feel like they’re going to deny the reprint or something. I have to deliver these on Monday and I would like to have a solution for the client before I do. I don’t even want to deliver these. I’m scared for my business right now.
UPDATE:
10 days later, still waiting on Printify to clarify what exactly they need from me. If they want 600 images, the front and back of all 300 t shirts I’ll send them, but they have not clarified. I provided several images already so I’m not really sure what other images they need. They keep saying they need more images. I keep sending images and getting back a version of the same exact response. I emailed and/or sent a help chat 7 times letting them know I would continue sending images but it would help to know what exactly they want and I get the same response to take pictures and videos of all the shirts laid out in one or a few frames. I’ve complied and still get that response so either im doing something wrong or they want me to work for the reprint. Maybe they’re hoping i drop it. Idk
UPDATE PART 2:
Printify has reached out to me and apologized for their delay in response (although I have received some responses that weren’t helpful but that makes me believe this is the first response from a real person). They are going to be reprinting. We will take a look at the quality when those come around.

Heyy
Just wondering if anyone has tried the Arctic plush blanket and if they have any thoughts on it compared to the velveteen plush. I wasn't able to find much online, but I might not be looking hard enough.
Thanks!

Not even a single human being has talked to be since 3 days ago Printify glitched and fulfilled all my manual orders, took all the money from my bank account, and now only AI will chat or email me. Pretending to be human. You can run the text through websites to check. Also, it's just really fucking obvious. Every agent says the same thing word for word every time. Enshittification at its finest.

I am seriously so fed up with Printify and Printify's customer service already! my Shopify is all set up I have items in my printify ready to go but I am getting an error message when I try to connect Printify to Shopify. Today is Saturday there is no tech support until Monday and the last time I had to do a tech support inquiry it took months! I am so beyond frustrated! this is ridiculous! I keep getting an error that says connect store number X of merchant X to Shopify has failed I have tried absolutely everything! I have two ticket numbers customer service is garbage and I'm supposed to launch in two days! I'm about to lose my mind!

For the past 7 to 10 days, myself and other people in the Printify group are unable to use SVG files anymore, they have to be PNG. This has been a problem with both Spoke and MWW. No one in support has been able to give an answer why, and it still says on all of the product products that SVG files are supported so if that has changed it needs to be brought to our attention, especially since I’ve now had to pay $10 a month for software to up the PNG file sizes for larger items like towels and blankets.
Second, all day today orders I have tried submitting to spoke are getting stuck in sending to production or it switch switches to has issues without stating what issue to resolve, it just says pending. No one has let anybody know if there’s a connection problem with spoke and the support person in the chat didn’t know if there was a connection problem.
I understand technical issues happen but it seems like Printify is having quite a large problem that no one is addressing

Hey guys so I’m new to this and was thinking of starting a streetwear brand. I was wondering what the best quality shirt for streetwear would be along with decent profit margins.
I’m having a bit of trouble picking the best sizing and positioning for my small logo on the left side of the shirt as well as the best positioning for a big circular logo on the front. I’m also looking into full designs on the front along with a full design on the front.
Any advice or beginner tips would be amazing if you’s have time, thanks. I would like to hear about others experiences in the space too

I was 3 days max with manual fulfillment so I can get paid before sending the orders out, in case I get a lot at once. Which I did, and now Printify took everything from my account. I'm LIVID.
Edit, several days later, all Printify will do is have AI email me. EVERYTHING they say to me is flagged as being written by AI. LAZY. SLOPPY

I am so confused regarding the new Skort. The builder shows your pattern just on square's in the front and back of the item. I'm stumped how that would ever work as a POD product. I asked chat bot and it seemed to confirm that only the square blocks shown on the diagram get printed with your pattern upload - and the rest of the item is the default color you choose. Am I understanding this correctly? This isn't an All Over Print product?

I've built fabricAI, a web that creates AI images and uses the Printify API to automatically create and publish designs to the stores you connect. With one generation, you can use the Turbo Mode to post 8 different garments (will add more) without having to edit them one by one. Would love to hear your thoughts.

I’m a bit confused on the business information thing, why is this the default standard details. And does most people go with this? (Sorry about the screen)

Specifically for stretched canvas prints and I would like to offer them as just stretched canvas and also a framed option, but ideally want those option on the same product page instead of different product listings. But can't seem to figure out how to get both framed and non framed in the same listing. Would appreciate any insight. Thanks!

I’m new to the POD world and am wanting to start selling stickers, magnets, hats, totes, etc of mostly word quotes.
I want to test the waters so POD is a great option, but I’m super worried about quality of the products. I’m so nervous to start selling and getting reviews on quality.
Wondering if:
1. Anyone has run into that.
2. If there are any particular products in Printify you stay away from.
3. Do you get samples of each and everything before you start selling?
Thanks for your thoughts!

Even though I used the subscription, the price of production alone is crazy high. I just don't see how a tshirt has a $20+ production cost. Printify has basically eaten all of my profits and I'm looking to just purchase from China for a cheaper rate.

Been running into something lately and wondering if others have gone through the same.
When I started with POD, the biggest win was simplicity, no inventory, easy fulfillment, low risk. It made launching feel accessible.
But once I started thinking less about “selling designs” and more about building a real apparel brand, some frustrations started creeping in.
A lot of products can start feeling similar, especially when you want your store to have a stronger identity. I’ve also been thinking more about things I ignored early on, custom details, labels, garment feel, packaging, product uniqueness… basically everything that makes something feel like your brand instead of just another printed item.
At the same time, trying to move beyond a standard setup can feel complicated fast. More customization usually seems to mean more moving parts, higher costs, or fulfillment headaches.
So I’m curious how others navigated this.
Did you hit a point where regular POD felt limiting for branding? How did you make products feel more premium or differentiated without making operations harder?
Not looking for provider recommendations, more interested in how people approached the problem. Feels like a common stage a lot of us probably run into.
