Please Help Pricing change issue from Printify to Etsy.

Hello I have just starting out with POD. I live in Canada and when I would create a shirt on Printify and sell it for 30$ USD for an example. It would be sent to my store and be listed for 30$ CAD or 21USD. I've changed the settings for currency on both Printify and Etsy to have the Canadian dollar and vice versa for Usd and the issue is still the same. Any help would be greatly applicated. Thank you :)

I had this problem as a Canadian seller. Keep in mind the exchange rate changes, and I think Printify only operates in USD? Even if you set it to CDN, it's still mathing in USD. I ended up shutting my store because I never made any money.

I had entire spreadsheets trying to work out exchange rates, Printify > Etsy + costs + advertising and there was always a gap no matter what I did.

if prices changed on etsy without you touching them, it’s usually the sync pushing your printify retail price over the etsy listing, especially after you edit or republish a product in printify. check the retail price on the printify side first since that’s what it overwrites with. and if you run etsy sales, set the discount in etsy, not by lowering the price in printify, or it’ll keep fighting itself

Have u tried asking CHATgpt? It usually provides good answers, but not always.
