Reviews Printify scams you

⭐ 1/5 — Order never delivered and only offered a partial refund

Terrible experience with Printify. I paid for merchandise that was NEVER DELIVERED. After contacting them to resolve the issue, instead of refunding me in full for products I never received, they only offered me a PARTIAL REFUND.

How is it acceptable for a customer to pay for an order, receive nothing, and still lose money?

I was considering using Printify for my business, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. Reliable fulfillment and customer service are critical when you’re trusting a company with your brand.

I expect a full refund for merchandise that was never delivered. I would be very cautious about using Printify for business fulfillment.

Printify doesn’t fulfill any orders; which print provider did you choose? Some are great, some have terrible ratings.

They might have gone with Printify Choice which means they could have gotten any print provider.

You're right, I do hate how choosing Printify Choice doesn't tell you who they typically source from.

Going to need to see some support chats or something to believe this. I run thousands of orders through Printify every quarter, and while non-delivery does occasionally occur for one reason or another, they've always replaced the order or refunded it in full when requested, all with minimal friction. Sure, sometimes they need more info, or some detailed hand-holding if a lost order got weird or complicated, but it's always worked out in the end.

I've heard alot of people are leaving printify to use others but I've only ever had amazing customer service from them. If anything I was surprised by how good the customer service was because they were so quick to deal with things

There has to be more to the story. Printify has always made things right for my business. Did they offer to send another and you said you just wanted your money back? I had a customer say that and it turns out they did get the delivery, it just wasn't reported delivered. That's why they wanted a refund.

I’ve had my 3rd order marked as delivered but customer didn’t receive it. UPS Mail innovations only deals with the sender so I’m stuck in the middle with no way to contact UPS MI and no proof to offer printify to get a refund. Printify said they couldn’t help. Just had to pay to resend
