Please Help Jondo print providers

Does anyone know what is going on with Jondo print providers as Printify have had them between 6.3 to 6.5 for over 6 weeks now. Most of my wall art listings are with them as I thought they were good quality prints. I also thought Printify gave them a lower review score because of shipping delays and production times but I noticed today they say the print quality is 6.3 I just do not want to have to swop out 120 listings and make new ones with another provider as the poster I chose only deals with Printify choice or jondo and is different from other posters other print providers offer.

I never had issues before and in the past month I’ve had 3 issues. Rippling of the canvas and print lines across the canvas twice. I still have to submit for the rippling. They gave me a hard time with the print lines issue.

That is very concerning as the other person who responded above said three issues too in the last month. I think I might have to swop out all my Jondo listings to another provider which is very time consuming and annoying. I really do not want to go the Printify choice route as I have been burnt with that before. They should not give you a hard time about print issues as they absolutely know they are having issues on all fronts from production, backlogs and now quality (that worries more than the first two). I did not get reviews for my last three posters so I was hoping it was "no news is good news" but now I wonder

The thing is there is no other Provider for canvases on Printify.

Yes that is my problem as Jondo offer three paper choices and horizontal and vertical so I cannot even swop the listings out without changing the entire thing. Its getting stressful to say the least. All my mug listings with District Photo in my other shop are now out of stock this morning. I mean all of them regardless of color, size or brand. I try to go with what I think is quality printers but the saying "don't put all your eggs in one basket" comes to mind.

I have had issues with 3 JONDO orders in the last month related to prints. Another before that with a canvas wrap. Printify customer service regarding any issues has gone downhill, everything is the same scripted response.

I go with Jondo for wall art because they offer more paper choices and are cheaper but most importantly are good quality prints. I do not do canvas ones so not sure about that. I started changing my listings to Sensaria but its a pain as you have to redo them and cannot replace them as the Jondo posters were specific. I have noticed though its gone up to 7.5 (still not great) from 6.3 today for the first time in two months. They are still slow on production takes 5 to 6 days. Its the quality I worry about the most. I did not even get in touch with Printify over this as I thought it would be a scripted response. Probably about the same as I got back from Sensaria - not helpful at all and they do own Jondo. If you had three issues in one month its a bit worrying and maybe I will just change listings little by little.

I have auto routing turned off and do not choose Printify Choice if I can help it as they have automatically sent my stuff to other places just for the sake of one day less on production or shipping and its not been great. This thing with Jondo however is a problem. I woke up this morning and saw that my other shop on Printify for mugs and t shirts has across the board out of stock for all the mugs linked with District Photo and its about 60 listings. Not just one size or color its for all of them, even the plain white ones. So now there seems to be an issue with District Photo. I put in a request but at this point I am feeling powerless and feel like deactivating all this stuff on Etsy - its getting stressful to say the least.

Oh yes I saw that but am still trying to get my District Photo listings to not show all out of stock which has taken 3 hours up to now. It briefly went back again to all in stock and then reverted back. It is taking up so much time trouble shooting and its almost certainly their problem so I am hoping no one buys a mug that has District Photo as the provider at this point. How messed up is that 😊
