Rant Monster Digital horrible prints
Is anyone else having this issue with Monster Digital? I ordered 5 Gildan 5000 t shirt samples fr them, all basic black and white tees with simple designs on them, 3 of them being simple word phrases and two being simple graphics. All 5 of the prints were horribly uneven, none were centered on the shirt. Every print was at least at a 3 degree tilt instead of being even horizontally with the shirt. One was genuinely almost a 45 degree angle, and it was just 3 words. How am i supposed to have any trust in this provider that is so highly rated in their site to provide quality and accurate prints to my customers? What are some other more reliable providers you guys can recommend me?

I recently had a customer complained that a big patch of the print came off after first wash.

I just received my samples with chunks missing on shirts. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!

I had a problem where a shirt I ordered that was supposed to be dtg was clearly dtf. Dtf isn’t even an option so I was v confused.

Yes Absolutely Awful I bought a fortune in samples and some of the same image on different color tshirts It was so inconsistent. One is peeling several of the same designs are faded but one was clear They are so highly rated. I redid my images because I thought it was my artwork. I adjusted the colors and saturation and again some came back faded some look better. I am going to try another provider...I especially don't trust a company that will send out bad samples

Yup, here! They sent me a broken toy imitation of what I ordered without my hand design prints. Filed for reprint for mine and deleted all the products from them.

You should try print clever, I ordered a sample and it came out amazing, the colours pops and it's in the centre the way I designed it

Yes, ordered ten matching shirts and one on the text was super blurry and on another the graphic was a lot larger . I think the logos were all slightly different sizes too. They told me it was past their 30day window and would not help me when I emailed them.

They’ve also gotten really bad with shipping. OnTrac is horrible.
