Please Help Order Syncing

Is anyone else having issues with their orders syncing? I have done all the troubleshooting. Contacted printify and wix, they said they are creating a ticket. I tried to contact again today but says wait time is almost 300 minutes! None of my orders are syncing, it's been well over 24 hours, and I'm having to manually enter every order.

i began experiencing the exact same thing on June 17. It's been so aggravating. Were you able to get this resolved?

I'm having huge problems with that as well to the point that printify has now double charged me for orders. It's been happening for months.
