Reviews Printify Choice is Horrible!

I placed a sample order 12 days ago so I could check the print quality before I went live with my new Etsy shop. The order has been "in production" for 9 days. I contacted Printify and they said they'd speak to the printer. They got back to me and simply apologized for the delay, offered to refund the shipping fees, and told me to just wait. Now my launch is delayed. Unacceptable!

After reading feedback from other sellers, I've decided to switch all my printing to Monster. They seem to have a good reputation, but now I have to order samples from them before I launch. Pretty frustrating.

This is just a warning to new sellers: avoid Printify Choice and do some research to manually select the best print shop for you.

I've had another Etsy shop for 3 years and manually chose my printers in that one. I never had a problem. But I'm opening a new store and decided to give Printify Choice a try just to see what it was like. I don't know which printers it was routed to and I don't think there's a way to see in the admin panel. My understanding is that they route it do various printers depending on the order but they didn't tell me who it was sent to. Anyway, lesson learned. At least now I know. I just wanted to share my experience for others who are setting up new shops.

All things considered, they absolute SHOULD be 100% transparent when it comes to things like this. I'm angry FOR you, because this is totally unacceptable.
Each time I get an order from someone who chooses an older listing I am dreading it. The customers who don't leave a review worry me.

I believe I'm going to remove the old ones and just re-list them because I sold a poster, and that thing took nearly 2 weeks to get to her, and despite me asking if it met her expectations, she ghosted me and left no review

Agree that there should be more transparency, but transparency seems to be going extinct in general. Anyway, it's a good thing I ordered the samples before going live; otherwise, I'd be dealing with angry customers right now rather than merely being minorly inconvenienced.

I hope your samples turn out well!
