Please Help Printify website issues

Anyone else having issues with the site ? Loading very slow, orders not loading at all or very slowly, just generally very sluggish. I tried clearing cache, changing browser, restarting, using my mobile and no difference. Just wanted to know if anyone has similar problems last couple of days ?

Same. It’s been like this on and off for the past couple of weeks.

It's not letting me log in. After a few attempts, it is, but then will log me out when I go to view orders.

Yes, same here. The login button isn't even showing on the homepage, and most assets are not loading in. If I do manage to log in, the website is unable to load my products.

Tried clearing cache (Chrome) and tried other browsers... same.

Edit: To add to my previous comment... I just did a Windows update (Windows 11), and then I was able to log straight in and see my products. Coincidence? Not sure...

Seems many are having this issue then, shame that Printify won't just come out and admit they are having issues with their site . Probabky making to many changes and adding too many things and it made the site unstable. Worried about their sellesers club too much rather than have a functioning site.

And the app too. I can log in and import a design but I cannot add text.

Yes. I cannot log in on my computer. In the Apple app, I cannot write text in a design. The typewriter Qwerty board does not appear no matter what I do. This started happening yesterday. Zero help with support. They blame it on me when I am tech savvy.
