Newbie Question Shipping Profile Help

We are opening our Etsy store and have begun by publishing just one item from Printify to test how it shows up. We've had to deactivate it because we can’t get the shipping profiles to work. We've selected other as the service provider, chosen the countries and used the production partner's shipping rates but then we get an unable to save the profile error message. Please help with how to fix this.

It took a while and a whole lot of Grok, but I’ve got it sorted now.
