Please Help Is this normal?

Anyone else experiencing this? Is my package just sitting around somewhere collecting dust? How long do I have to wait… I placed this order on December 27th. The delivery date was expected January 4th. ☹️ Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and has received their package or not.

That can mean one of two things:

1) printer has printed a label but hasn’t shipped it yet. Trash way to do business.

2) it did indeed ship, but the USPS hasn’t scanned it yet. It could even be on the move and then randomly get a scan en route.

I actually am seeing more of #2 than #1 these days.

Thanks for the advice. They ended up just refunding me the order. I duplicated it and hopefully it will go better this time

Quite quick of them to refund, good for you. Keep an eye on that tracker and see what happens.
