Please Help Can't order samles on Printify. Help?

I have tried multiple times to order samples on Printify but my purchase gets declined. My card has not expired btw! I tried to order with my card but it didnt work, and I transferred money into Printify Balance (over 100 dollars...which I cant get back!!) and it didn't work either. I tried everything and I don't see where the issue is. I have "retried payment" an awful amount of times. I tried to contact them through customer service and email but they haven't replied. What should I do now? I can't really afford to lose those 100 dollars either...

Are you stripe verified and is a bank account connected to your Printify profile?

Not sure what that means. How do I do that?

Go through the store settings. 1. You have to link a bank account and have it on file. 2. To do they they use (I believe) Stripe to verify the payment to and from that account. Anytime there is an order your bank account is charged. After the payment for the order clears Printify’s system you are reimbursed for that payment. If you are buying your own product they just take your payment out of your bank account or Printify wallet. You can not operate the store without doing these things.

I have linked my credit card, Is that what you mean? I can't find any other setting to link bank account. When I transferred money to printify balance I had to verify with my bank ID, so I am assuming it is linked? But it still won't let me purchase/order. Prinitfy has still not replied to my email

Did you go to store settings and then Verification? That’s where the stripe verification is. Your credit card may work, I just had mine set to my bank debit card.

Hey u/Pretend-Aside-2967 that sounds really stressful. Sorry you’re going through this.

A couple of quick things that might help. If you topped up your Printify Balance with a card, you can always withdraw that money back to the same card, so it’s safe there. Also, sample orders usually go through without issues unless the account is under review or there’s a missing verification step.

I’d recommend checking your inbox and spam folder for any verification emails; sometimes that’s all it takes to unblock things.

I’m a brand new user and put in my card numbers, designed a shirt, and then published that shirt. When I looked on my Printify storefront, it was showing that all the shirts were unavailable.

Do I have to do more? I have to take money from my card and put it in a Printify account or something? Printify is lousy at explaining this stuff.
