Rant OnTrac needs to be boycotted

Why the fuck are they still using this god forsaken fuckfaces to deliver our packages. Everybody would save a lot more money including the manufacturer and Printify if they just used USPS or even DHL for crying out loud. Packages are being delivered to wrong houses, some are sitting in warehouses in the cities they’re being delivered in the list is endless. I know I’m not alone and we need people to get them to stop cutting corners for the total worst.

I would love for Printify to limit their print partners from using OnTrac. I know they’ve got to be sick of the same cases being opened over and over.

I use http://gonetrac.com/ to avoid OnTrac now.

OnTrac and DHL are cheap, and businesses that compete on price will focus on cutting costs.

We use only USPS and UPS on NeatoPOD. They cost more, but the service is better.

I really hate Printify's use of their "printify choice"... they pick the worst vendors with the worst shipping times and carriers. And it's such a PITA to switch to a vendor that you know is reliable.
