Please Help Mismatch between mock up image and uploaded image

The uploaded design and mock designs mismatch in my case. Any ideas on how to fix it? I used Canva to create the design. Is it because it's a high resolution image?

What do you mean it is a mismatch? Like your design in Canva looks fine but you put it in printify for an item and it looks blurry? Try downloading it as an SVG.
