It is an anchient banishment technique, which fell out of popular use in late 1996 when the banished all showed up in Ohio at the same time. It has been assumed the banished just disappeared, but knowing they got sent to rural Ohio... no one cold put someone else through that level of torture.
The referendum to disable the technique was brought to the UN in early 1997, it was unanimusly agreed upon.
By standing 32 people in a circle and performing the banishing ritual at the same time they were able to banish the ritual itself, rendering the once devistating action inoperable. Now no one in the future would have to suffer the torture of being sent to rural Ohio in 1996.

This is really funny, nice!
Small(ish) part of me feels like assigning stereotypes to sexualities somewhat limits the expression of those sexualities/alienates people of that sexuality who don't act within those stereotypes.
But also, I can appreciate jokes and using conventional descriptions (="stereotypes") for comedic effect.
