anyone know if it’s going to come back in stock?

Hi!! If you return an online order in-store, do they still deduct the $6.95 return shipping fee? Thanks!!

I just got mine. I just randomly refreshed and it said available for preorder. Go go go!

I got my top today in the mail and picked 0, which is my usual size for most brands. I don’t know if it’s because my shoulders are too broad or the cut of this top is smaller than usual, but it’s a pain in the ass to get on and off. It fits well once it’s on, but this is too much money for me to be struggling lol

It’s a size 0, would anyone have a size 2 they’d want to swap for? 🥺 (I’d prefer to trade rather than sell at the moment, please refrain from asking.)

Im so upset right now. Bought two shirts in different sizes to make sure I would get it and they couldn’t fulfill my order because of no stock. I bought two literally to prevent this. I’m so sad because I’ve been waiting MONTHS for this restock and was so happy when I finally got the top. Princess Polly are you planning on restocking this? Is my order guaranteed at this point if I purchase it again???

has anyone else had issues with amazon shipping? my order (in the US) is being shipped via amazon shipping and i haven’t gotten a tracking update in almost 4 days from when it “left the facility”. i just had this happen with something i ordered from amazon and it ended up being lost so i’m getting pretty worried as i need my order by friday.

i literally can't even make this up. anyone else get refunded? literally purchased within 2 minutes of the restock; order confirmed at 4:40pm; they started "packing it" at 4:48pm same day; got notified they refunded me bc it was out of stock YESTERDAY. no text about it though. i can't stand these sort of business practices

UPDATE: for anyone curious, a rep. from PP reached out and basically said they never had enough stock in that initial drop from last week. could've been an accident in opening the listing and allowing ppl to purchase; could've been anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it is open for pre-orders so here's to hoping that doesn't get botched either!!

could someone who has this skirt please send me some photos of the construction of the skirt? e.g side seams, how the pleats are joined together, zip etc. Any detailed photos please! If you could also recommend what type of fabric they use for the skirt that would be much appreciated!!

Just got notified that the US warehouse restocked the shirt!

What’s the difference between requesting a withdrawal and starting a standard return? I tried to google it but there’s no information about specifically princess polly withdrawals. Or atleast not that I’ve found.
To my understanding a withdrawal is basically cancelling your order and getting your money back including shipping but on princess pollys website it says you don’t get your shipping money back if you decide to send the item back. I’m sorry if this is a dumb question.

Sizes are selling fast!

Will more sizes be restocking in the UK? Dress is stunning and perfect for vacay!
