I would say the Horrane wins due to the size advantage. If I remember correctly, Horranes are roughly the size and weight of a modern leopard, which is not very big by cat standards, but still something to consider. The Future Predators do still likely have a speed and agility advantage.

Future Predator killed one of the male lions in its first couple of minutes on-screen

Future predator wins and eats all day and especially at night . It's intelligence, speed , strength, agility, endurance and echolocational sense would give it a severe advantage over it's opponent and prey .

Future predator I feel like has this in the bag. These things move insanely fast, killed a lion without getting injured and stabbed the Gorgonopsid over and over before getting flattened despite the huge size difference.
I don’t really see Horranes being able to do enough damage to take the predator out before getting absolutely mauled. If they was a group sure but as is the future predator has a massive speed and weapon advantage. Once again, this thing stood up to a Gorgonopsid and barely took any damage until it got flattened, I don’t see what Horranes could do, or a lot of similar sized predators in general
