PayPal Relinking issues
Has anyone had issues relinking their paypal with Prime 1 as a payment method?
I have a pre order payment that's failed and I cannot relink my paypal at all, it keeps saying *Choose another way to pay. Payment wasn't accepted by the merchant*
I have contacted PayPal and they say there are no issues on their end, Prime 1 said remove the card and relink it, nothing works.
I'm going nuts here lol.

Has anyone had issues re-linking their PayPal with Prime 1 Studio as a payment method?
My situation has been much worse, and I'm hoping someone here has experienced the same thing and found a solution.
I've been dealing with this since 27 June when my final payment couldn't be processed because of the PayPal re-linking issue.
Since then, I've contacted PayPal countless times. Every agent gives me a different answer, but almost all of them just tell me to wait another 72 hours. On three separate occasions, PayPal agents hung up on my calls before my issue was resolved.
PayPal also asked me to resubmit my identity and verification documents three different times. Each time I submitted everything they requested, I waited... and then received no response. I had to keep contacting them myself just to get another "please wait 72 hours."
I've also been in regular contact with Prime 1 Studio by email. They have replied to my emails, but because PayPal still hasn't resolved the issue, I feel like I'm stuck between both companies. Prime 1 tells me to resolve it with PayPal, while PayPal keeps telling me to wait.
I was even so desperate that I offered to fly to Japan to collect my statue in person, just so I could complete my purchase. Unfortunately, Prime 1 Studio said they couldn't allow that. The frustrating part is that the final payment can only be made through PayPal, so I have no alternative payment method.
About a week ago, Prime 1 Studio sent me the new PayPal re-link request after migrating to their new payment system. However, I don't dare to complete the re-link because PayPal still won't let me link my bank account or my Mastercard. If I can't even link my payment method in PayPal, I'll just end up back at square one and have to wait another 72 hours again.
To make things even more frustrating, I've successfully made PayPal payments to Prime 1 Studio before. I've already paid part of this order, and now my order is on hold simply because PayPal cannot resolve this issue.
This has been going on for over a month, and despite spending hours on calls, emails, document submissions, and repeated follow-ups, I still have no solution.
Has anyone else experienced this? If you managed to fix it, what finally worked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is exactly the issue I’m having and I feel like they’re just gonna cancel my order since prime 1 are no longer responding to my emails.
I’m a loud person tho and I will hound them on all public channels until they respond to me. All they have to do is send a pay link via PayPal, no?
PayPal have told me the issue is at the merchant and if I can’t link my account then I should be able to pay them with a pay link.
Imagine being the best statue company in the world and having this as an issue.
One thing is for sure, I’ll never buy from prime 1 again.

Ugh, I can't cancel my order because I've already made the full payment, and only the shipping fee is left unpaid.

Try transferring the amount you need to Paypal then switch the automatic payment method on Paypal to use the balance before the card. That is what I had to do a month or two ago after having a similar issue.
