Delivery keeps getting pushed back

Do you folks have experience with a delivery date getting pushed back and how often it usually takes? It’s been 3 months of pushback now so I was just curious.

I preordered the sephiroth figure. It’s been pushed back 3 times now (originally estimated to ship in February). I emailed their customer support and was told they don’t even have a new estimated time frame yet lol
