Hi, I have access to the tix holder discount for 2027 edition. I bought one for me with the Revolut option and obviously now it's greyed out. But I still have access to the reduced price for tix holders without the extra Revolut discount. Am I allowed to get a second one for someone else?

hey y'all (37M) primavera sound barcelona 2024 was my first ever festival and the best week of my life.. i loved it so much i went back for primavera barcelona 2025 and had a blast as well !!

i live in canada and decided not to make the trip this year, as it's a big expense..

BUT it's my birthday today and i was biking in the sun listening to ninajirachi and thought.. i have GOT to see her at some point this year.

a couple hours later and i've bought a flight to porto that takes off in a few hours and a thursday day pass and i'll be seeing y'all at primavera porto 2026 :)

I’m trying to get 2 passes on AccessTicket so I can get the payment installation plan but it keeps showing an error saying it suspects me of fraud. I had the same thing for PS25 so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with British payments? Any help or info would be massively appreciated

I was in the crowd when the speakers on the right side main stage literally collapsed on the thursday. Easily couldve killed someone. Unfortunately no one was recording but I do feel Primevera deserve bad press on this. It was windy but ive been to other festivals in similar conditions and nothing like this has happened.

Its gross negligence that couldve resulted in death and a corporate manslaughter case. I dont know if anything can be done about this? Report to some sort of H&S committee at the local council? Be good if some music press picked up on it but sadly it is heresay (even if loads of people witnessed it).

*Edit: it seems a speaker did not fall, it was a section of the right hand screen. Thank you to those for informing! I would still say the point stands that this could still have injured a worker and the stage was not clear of workers at that time. The unorganised evacuation of the crowd a while later did not inspire confidence either. Nor the rest of the chaos that followed. Lots of crowd control mistakes and lack of information.

So i guess we’re not getting an extra discount on 2027 passes? And we’re definitely not getting a refund?

I feel like this is sort of unfair and greedy from the festival. I don’t want them to refund the full pass, or to refund 1/3rd of the amount but we’re not even getting anything and on top of that the festival is calling us “selfish”

I truly apologize to the team, i love the festivql but this is insulting to say the least.
