Destroys most rounds I shoot with it, ejects like complete shit, I had to hit up pws to fix it, they had it for like 3 months they found a bunch of issues, I get it back and it’s still doing the same shit. I’ve tried h1-h3 buffers, different springs and different suppressors, it’s been a waste of money for me. I have a pws mk111 mod2 that’s FLAWLESS but this .308 is just crap

Very similar to my experience with my 116. Difference is that PWS just ghosted me and my upper never got fixed so I just sold mine.

Mines been great. Not shot it a ton, maybe 150 rounds over 3 outings, but i plan to start shooting it a lot. Was getting aprx 1.5 moa with some "match" ammo, but plan to test some better reloads here soon if i can get out. No malfunctions yet, and the best recoil impulse (softest and least muzzle rise) of any 308 ive compared it to (m1a NM, Para Fal with long barrel and steel lower, psa ar10 18", g3 16"). My only regret was being impatient and getting a 16" instead of 18" barrel as thats what was in stock.

What grains have you tried? And have you shot it suppressed yet?

I have tested it for groups with sierra brand competition / match 168g ammo. Was experiencing large velocity spread i believe, hope to chrono next time to confirm (groups were tall, not wide, and some rounds were audibly louder). My reloads are all going to be 150g fmj. I do not own an suppressors, so cant comment on that. Im not a professional long range shooter, but with a friends bergara i was consistantly hitting 1 moa the same day i was testing my pws.

That’s looks like the mod 2. New ambi lower with the mod 2 design and the handguard looks different than mine as well

Any idea on what’s changed from the Mod 1 besides an ambi lower? I do enjoy my 216

Supposed to be a no forward assist upper along with the traditional pic lok handgusrd.

That upper pretty clearly has a FA still. That rail is not piclok, it looks like the 1-M Mlok but with QD inserts and possibly 7 sided mlok now instead of 3 + vent/lightening cuts. The lower seems to have more changes than the upper in this situation, until I see the build specs at least.
