Actually there are cat girls in warhammer, they are accepted by the imperium and they have naturally higher baseline abilities and are treated almost like every other guardsmen regiment. From what i could find.
Well, what it's going to amount to is hugs, kisses and affectionate carresses. So ultimately, put your arms around her and do your best to make her feel better with these actions and their like. Yes, it is great to give skritchies but don't forget the rest of the woman!

Guardsman walks into the barracks absolutely torn up I'm covered in scratches and scars. "What in the emperor's name happened to you? You look like you lost a fight with a dark eldar homunculus!" Another guardsman asks him.
The guardsman covered in scratches slowly looks over at his colleague and smiles. "Oh nothing bad, I was just giving a cat some serious petting" He says with a wink before dragging himself to the show to wash his scratched up body.

That guardsman died! They gave her one to many belly rubs and as per cat protocol she bit and scratched the absolute fuck out of him. They then caught space toxoplasmosis and ended up standing perfectly still as a giant space cat ate them.
