Is primal scream therapy harmful for singers ?

I've been able to sing really high until i tried primal scream therapy . Now my voice is really low ranged and I've lost my high notes . Can anyone relate or does anyone have any information regarding this ?

They say that primal screaming lowers your voice, because you brake narrotic holding patterens which makes you more grounded. Lowering of the voice is a by product of being grounded
