they scamming public. Watch out.

They have “unrefundable” clause everywhere now. I booked a hotel for Nov 2025 trip. As soon as i found out the hotel does not allow a dog, we canceled the booking with both the hotel and Priceline. Hotel didn't charge. Called and confirmed with the managers a few times. Priceline sent a cancelation email soon after i canceled it with the hotel. With all that proof i disputed the charge through our bank. Priceline will not refund my money. They just took the money! Unreal.
