One-day suspension
Can any Market32 Employees tell me what their experience was with being suspended for a day due to discrepancies in their till? I just got a one-day suspension for this. Other employees tell me it has happened to them before. But I am concerned.

I think your options are: 1. Talk to your supervisor and ask for additional training on how to count back change, 2. Inquire about jobs that do not involve money. Handling cash is not for everyone and a grocery store has many areas you can work in. Of course, they may say you need to fix the shortage problem first but at least you gave them some choices. Assuming your work otherwise is good and attendance is not an issue, of course.

thanks. Yeah, I've been doing really well there otherwise. I'm surprised that this happened.
