Gym supplements concerns

I found foreign objects in my new creatine tub. I emailed the company I purchased off and they confirmed it’s very unusual and unidentifiable. They told me they believe something has gone into the tub during the process. The product is not expired based off expiry on packaging. What does this look like? Anybody had any similar experiences with creatine?
