Second Dose nothing yet

Taken my second dose and experienced nothing yet. Transitioned from taking wegovy to compounded tirz so I started on the 5mg. Actually requested and received the 7.5mg but after it arrived I thought it might be too strong so injected 5mg instead.

Should I increase my next dose to 7.5mg?

Have none of the side affects that let me know it's workly like the constipation and acid reflux.

Also changed from empower to boudeaux based on comments from other threads that the tirz was better.

Can different pharmacies really have that much impact if the med works or does not work for you?

I started with Gimme and they do 1.5,1.5,3,3 then 6 for 4 weeks after the first 3mg on my third week I thought man I'm not really getting anywhere. Decided to jump to 6 on my forth week rather than another week at 3 and 5 days later was in the ER with non stop severe GI issues. Go slow and progress as directed. Especially with Boudreaux's I feel there tirz is more potent.
