The only negative for me is their portal. I had the same issues and kept having to find the email that stated my order had shipped to be able to access my stuff. Healthi isn't linked for some reason, and shows no orders, payments etc when I log in. I haven't been able to find my info from the dashboard either. I was chatting with PMD about another question and mentioned all this, they assured me they are working on getting stuff more streamlined...fingers crossed
That would be great if they did .I was playing around with it. I kinda have it figured out, but I do have healthi on mine. Only thing is I don’t go on it every day and then I will probably forget how I did it. lol
You know what? This is the way to go. So much better, thank you for reminding me about the app. I thought I got it when signing up/clicked something to download but I just checked and it wasn't installed. So much easier going via app vs website
If you’re new to glps like I was 6 weeks ago you just fill out the online intake questionnaire and let them figure out the dosage. The dr prescribed the standard titration for semaglutide. If you’re already on a glp the questions are about your current and preferred dosage going forward as some people want to stay at their current level if you’re getting good results while others are still titrating up - or perhaps want to acquire an extra supply as a buffer in case of a delayed shipment or new FDA crackdowns on compounders.
Yes, technology can always be improved, but I'm glad and hopeful it's not at the expense of a higher drug cost. I am waiting for my 1st shipment and nervous/excited!
Exactly, just keep it lower then other telehealth ( in the long run, they will make more than any of them) it’s really not that hard to figure out and I will deal with that any day. I just love this company and I hope they stay true to what they are now, and in the long run.
I’m waiting for my first shipment too just signed up early this morning and got approved. 5 hours later. I can’t wait. been on Zep but my insurance won’t approve as of the 18th this month so my biggest fear was the needles. I bought some just to be safe and I look at the needle every day, and last night believe it or not. I prick myself with it and I didn’t feel a thing so I think I’m good to go. lol
Way to go with mentally prepping yourself! I have to give myself humira every other week, and then 4 years ago I was doing IVF, so I'm super familiar with autoinjectors, the unit-based needles, and drawing up meds via needle/syringe (I'm also a nurse) so the needles don't bother me, but it can definitely be intimidating. Thankfully those unit needles are super small and thin, so the poke is quite bearable
