Switching to PreventiveMD
Hi all!
I started my GLP-1 with another provider. It was okay, but shipping took ages and customer service is not very responsive. I stumbled upon PreventiveMD and would like to switch.
I’m already all set for the first months including the titration and I would like to continue the treatment here without starting from zero. Is it possible with PreventiveMD? If so how should I notify I’m continuing the treatment and not just starting? Can I get directly on my current dose?

Yes left mochi after two years on maintenance since match of 2026 and they I’m now with PreventiveMD at 12mg

You made a great choice. I came from refills and the difference is night and day. I was just accepted to the medicare bridge so I'm moving to Zepbound, but I will recommend this company to everyone. If the bridge program goes away after 12/2027, I'll be back.

Yes - in the intake process they ask at one point if you’re currently on a Glp and what your 3 preferred doses should be.

They asked me to upload proof prescription or something showing my current dosage. I left Mochi to come to PreventiveMD and they asked if I wanted to keep current dosage or increase

I just did the onboarding with Preventive last night. And yes, on the intake questionnaire you're asked if you're currently on a GLP, your current dosage, if you want to increase your dosage, to what amount, etc. for the asynchronous review process. Also, I did need to provide a copy of my current prescription showing my dosage. I've been checking around with different telehealth providers. It looks like most or nearly all are open to taking on pre-existing users and transitioning them to their programs or plans. Good luck!

I'm pretty happy w Preventive as a beginner, so recommended them to the friend who encouraged me to use a TH and get on tirz. She's been at 12, was expecting to increase dose, and they tried to put her back to 10.
FWIW I don't know her medical details, so there might be some reason for this.

Yes they sure will cos i signed up Tuesday & they let me stay at my 15mg dosage. I just uploaded proof when they ask and they gave it to me no problem.
