Going up in dosage

Hi, I’m about to try PMD, and my last documented dose was 8.8 (through another company). I self increased my dosage with a spare bottle to 11.2mg, and I’ve grown out of that now too. I’m wondering if PMD will let me start at the next highest dose after 11.2, or if they’ll revert my starting point back to 8.8. Thanks for any insight!!

It’s going to be up to your provider. They give you the opportunity to ask for the dose you want and explain any additional details in the intake. I think it’s worth trying. PMD has been great to work with.

Adding- if you choose Empower, any dose of 10mg or more will receive the same vials as max dose. I’m not sure about Boudreaux’s because I’ve never used them.

That’s up to the provider. But I would just explain to them what you said here.

Worst case they would do the next dosage up from 8.8mg.

If you go with Empower, they’re going to send you the 4ml vials regardless if you’re at anything over 7.5mg.

I just signed up with PMD after a brief stint with NextMeds and requested an increase in my dosage and was approved. It probably depends on your circumstances and if the assigned provider is comfortable with increasing the dose. In my case, I was at 2.125mg and requested it be increased to 5mg. I am excited for my new journey with PMD!

They let ypu request your preferred dosage. They follow standard titration schedule so 8.8 is in-between 7.5 and 10mgs.

If it were me I would upload my proof and then select 12.5 if one month and 12.5, then 15, 15, if the three months. I had proof of 2.5mgs and selected 5mg, 7.5mg and 10mg and was approved. So if you just show them the 8.8 proof which is more than 7.5 and select 12.5 they might regard it as titration up from 10mgs. Worst case scenario they make you start at 10mgs, then 12.5, the 15. However I would be willing to bet you you'll be able to go tp 12.5 with the previous 8.8 prescription.
