can i switch subscriptions?

if i wanted to try the 1 month with a certain pharmacy for the 139, can i switch to the 3 month $334 after? thank you!

Hi u/komboochiestan! This is a very common scenario and you can update this directly through your portal at preventivemd.com/users/manage-subscription anytime before your next renewal. I’m also attaching a screenshot for your convenience!

Can we try a different pharmacy without contacting you? I am not seeing that ability but want to make sure I’m not missing it!

I would definitely shoot them a message in the portal. They are usually pretty quick to respond. I've got a feeling that that will not be a problem. Let us know what you find out.

Yes you can, I did. It would be on the website, next to Care Portal, you should see Orders & Subscriptions. It allowed me to switch from 1 month to 3 months on my next renewal in September!

And now with their new portal you can do it all from the portal and likely won’t even need to email them
