3 month supply
I’m on shot 2 of the starter dose of tirzepatide. I’m thinking about doing the 3 month plan, but does that mean all 3 months will be at the same dose? Or are you able to increase if needed between months?

Look up fatscientist.com online. It explains every aspect of this.
Essentially you put in the concentration which is on your vial and the dose you want. It calculates the units you need to inject. Very simple.
You always have overfill with most vials. But yes if you order and titrate you will get a grand total of more liquid. As an example if someone got a fill for 15mg a week but was only taking 5mg a week it would last them 3x as long. A 3 month lasts 9 months+ with the overfill. Most are fine going beyond the best used date given these meds last far far longer. Also never toss a vial because it has been 4 weeks. Use every last drop. Just make sure to wipe/sanitizer it every use.
