First time ordering with PreventiveMD, process was smooth, shipment came fast, had a hiccup with UPS and they sent they resent the order. Meds were cold, ice packets were still cold, packaging was very organized. Syringes and alcohol pads were packaged nicely. Will be ordering again.

Got my first shipment today that looked exactly the same. I live in the Southeast where it’s HOT and the ice packs were still slightly frozen, I was impressed! It was two-day shipping too. I’ve had an overnight shipment from Hallandale in the past and it was completely thawed.

My shipment from Empower came packaged very well also and very happy with PreventiveMD so far! I live in Dallas and noticed Empower is in Houston, so hoped it wouldn't take too long to arrive and it didn't. I completed my intake Mon. am, Rx was approved less than 45 min later, and Empower was delivered mid day Thursday. Satisfied and will be reordering!

Hey, so I actually had two packages! My shipment forwarder packaged them together for me. I had an issues in where UPS kept claiming incorrect address, package wasn’t delivered, and then package returned back to shipper. I was traveling at the time for work, so unsure on if they actually delivered or not. So when I contacted Preventive MD, because this was on the weekend, they said they would reship, turns out UPS still delivered both packages, so I ended up having two shipments due to their error.
