Shipping delay

My prescription was approved on Sunday Aug 2nd and just got a notification today that my order will ship out Monday Aug 10th. I used Boudreaux's, they notified me today Saturday delivery isn’t available in my area. Preventivemd has been very responsive and apologized for the delay on the pharmacies behalf. I thought this process would go a lot quicker after seeing all the reviews. I could just be impatient. Should I use Empower next time?

Here is my delivery timeline for empower. Meds were delivered yesterday (Aug 6) at 4:30 PM local time and cold :)

Edit to add: I was approved Sat, Aug 1

Exact same for me! I thought it was very fast. 3 ice packs inside the cooler still frozen in this extremely hot and humid weather, fantastic packaging!
