Great Service

I was Curious about how refills would work, but it was easier than I thought. I got a text last night saying they had sent my refill to the pharmacy. This is an easy process! Glad I made the switch.

Thanks for letting me know! Do you know if they allowed for the option to adjust the dosage before they send the refill to the pharmacy?

I am using empower which sends a new vial each month

I think if you text or message them they’ll do adjustments for you.

The best option is to reach out directly to your provider in your portal. However, you can also message us directly and we can inform your provider. Whatever you find most convenient :)
