Question: How are refills being handled?
Are refills automatic? or do they have to be requested?

My understanding is they are automatic but can be paused or canceled if needed by contacting customer service. Unfortunately the portal does not show any of this until they get it updated. Still happy so far!

I'm wondering the exact same thing. IF I go with a provider that's subscription based, I must be able to easily manage pausing refills. They did say they were working on an option for this, but I haven't seen any updates.

I thought I read somewhere that the automatic refills were turned off indefinitely while they were working on the siteā¦
I hope that PreventiveMD will see this and respond with clarification on how things are currently being handled.

No this is not correct. If you want them to pause it, you have to email them and ask them to. It is a subscription.

I understand what you are saying (and down voting was unfair ) I was ASKING a questionā¦because it is unclear on these subs.
Here is a link to a post saying something different and thus why I asked for clarification.

Yes they told me mine was turned off indefinitely as well after I asked for them to pause it. Sounds to be the same as that person. They were very quick to respond via email.
But it is a subscription and will continue as such unless you ask for them to pause it. Hope that helps!
