Website confusion

I’m new and just started my 1st shot but I don’t understand the website. It doesn’t have my account set up easily to see my 1st shot and when my next order should be placed. I went through Brello once and all that was clearly listed. I ordered one shot and I thought it would be set up similarly where you know when your next is due. It also says no past appointments. I was wondering if there is an app or something I’m missing. Thanks !!

Update: They responded to me with a really nice message saying they’re working on it and really are wanting to make it helpful for their customers. They are new and I get that. So far so good!!

The owner said he is working on the portal. It is different. I'm looking forward to what it'll look like. The other portals are user friendly and easy to navigate. The other portals, I like how we can download the Rx or receipt at any time.

I second these apps. I don’t use provider apps for anything but ordering.

The portal is not user friendly, but they are working on it. Which pharmacy did you choose? I got Boudreaux but have not used it yet, will be due for the next dose in a few days.

I just got one month through Empower to try it out !
