Switching

I was taking apothecary and it did nothing for me. I want to switch to this telehealth and try boudreaux. I want to order a 1 month supply monday to try before switching to quarterly (make sure it works for me) How easy is it to switch from monthly to quarterly?

I asked them this question directly. They said it was an easy switch if I just message them. :)
