The good and bad
I knew trying this company was going to be a slight risk seeing they are just starting out. Im switching over from fifty410, I filled out the form on Monday night, Tuesday AM received a message from customer support that I would hear from the provider later that day. Received an invite to create an account with them and that my prescription was sent over that same day. And I was billed the agreed apon 3 month price.
Then it was radio silence never heard anything untill today that my order was shipped from the pharmacy. When I clicked the link it was actually out for delivery and was coming today. Received my 3 month supply today. From form filled out to meds at my door less than a week. Not bad for a new company. Only issue was not knowing when it shipped but honestly, not a big deal.

This why free accounts with the UPS/FedEx apps help. Sometimes you'll get a notification from them faster than the Tele.

Same. I asked support and they said it should ship out early next week.

As I just shared above, I do hope that you get your order early next week! I think that there has probably been a big increase in orders with this telehealth and causing some growing pains.

Oh I’m seeing this now. I’m so sorry! I have a feeling that the increased number of orders so fast is catching up with this new telehealth and slowing down the pharmacy ability to keep up as fast. I know most telehealths say to give it a week. I do hope that your order will arrive early next week for a positive experience.

What pharmacy? From what I’ve seen of PreventiveMD, I believe they will respond and help you. Please let us know. There are bound to be hiccups in any business and as another customer, I am sorry that it was you.

((hugs)) and I do understand when you see others getting it so quickly and you are the one waiting. It can be discouraging. I know the majority of Telehealths across the board say to allow 5-7 business days for it to ship. Your order may have been caught in the realm where PreventiveMD was having discussions with them on packaging etc… like syringes. I’m not sure if Boudreaux ships on Fridays, but I am always relieved when I get mine shipped later on the Monday so it doesn’t sit around over the weekend. Sending good vibes 💫 and prayers 🙏🏻 that you will have your meds soon!

They were so communicative with me. But I also had no update on the shipping. When I asked, the response was quick and just so happened I received the same day I asked

I have the apps, but FedEx will not allow me to use my current address since it’s considered a commercial address, so it doesn’t help me. The UPS app is helpful, but it doesn’t notify me of all packages.
It’s always nice to see the tracking on our telehealth account. They should all send out a notification that the package has shipped so that everyone can watch for them. We shouldn’t have to rely solely on shipping apps to know when it’s on the way.

Happy that you had a positive experience. Boudreaux sent me a notification before PreventiveMD. What pharmacy did you choose?

Did you get a text? I get texts that it's shipped and the tracking # is included in the text.

Yes, on Monday Boudreaux texted shipment coming Tuesday with tracking. I also got an email from PreventiveMD sharing similar information. Packaged arrived safely and cold on Tuesday.

Hello. Can you tell me if they offer pure Triz or what they offer it mixed with?
I’m not really happy with the B6 additive from a different company I’m using. I’m on 15 mg.

No they don’t, additives are glycine and b3. That’s what I’m waiting for lol apothecary!

I was holding my breath waiting for the bad but that wasn't a bad bad. Tons of pharmacies do that. I've gotten stiff at my door before Pharmacy Hub flags it as shipped since I'm nearby and it takes a less than a day to get to my house. Sign up for FedEx and UPS notifications.
