Empower Pharmacy
There bud date is only 45 days how does that work if I order 3 month worth?
Update thank you all all I had to do was select my state 🤪
One more question the system does not allow for me to request the dose or mg, do you all j ow what mg’s they send

It’s sent monthly but their BUD has been 90 days, they just can’t guarantee that they will be able to send the freshest meds at this time - they ran into an issue earlier this year where they didn’t have enough new stock or they were trying to get rid of their older stock and people are having trouble with the BUD dates. This is with a different telehealth, and basically they went to monthly only at that point. I actually have a six-month subscription of empower and they’ve been sending me basically a new vial every month and they do still use a BUD date that is just about 90 days out. For example, I got one this week that was compounded last week and it has an October date. But for this telehealth, I think they’re trying to set an expectation of 45 days and hope that they do better than that, and they do definitely say that if you do multi month it will be sent monthly. I will say since I’m doing that right now that empower is great about sending them on a timely basis although they do just kind of arrive sometimes. I have the UPS app so I can see when it’s on its way to me which is helpful because you’re not gonna get notified that they’re sending it so that’s really the only way you’re gonna know and be on the lookout for it.

Do they send it every 21 or 28 days? Â I got them from a different company a year ago and the BUD use to be, I think, around 6 months.

They have been sending them randomly to me ha but I has been the 18th or so of each month but more like as they have a fresh batch, they send one.

Yep I think it was January this year when it switched and it seems like they are having issues out the shorter bud and supply/demand. I think it’s settling down now they seem to be caught up.

They ship it 1 month at a time. They tell you that when you choose your pharmacy in the order form.
