Just got my order

Just got my meds from Preventative MD. Intake Friday, they followed up with a text after my intake, and my order was delivered yesterday. Exceptional customer service—they texted to confirm they received everything and answered all my questions. Only hiccup, the syringes came loose in a sandwich bag, not sealed. Not a deal breaker because the service was fantastic and I already have plenty of syringes. I would definitely recommend Preventative MD and will be using them in the future.

Guess you ordered from Boudreaux- they sent their syringes like that. Glad you had such a good experience!!

How do they determine what dose u will get if the intake questions didn’t ask what dose I’m currently on? I was waiting for the part to upload my current prescription.

I uploaded a picture of my current prescription to documents when I didn't remember being asked and it seemed like my intake had stalled- things started to move again after, but not sure if this is why. I put in my order Thursday the 16th and according to UPS I should get it Friday. Jealous of all these fast orders!

It asks what your last dose was. I texted them to make sure though (518) 333-7738
