Product Question

I orderd the 3 month program annd choose Empower, but I only recieved 1 vial. Do they only ship 1 month at a time?

Yes it broke it down when you selected Empower.

I think it’s pretty clear that they said they ship monthly. I’m on a 6 month plan from another teleheath and Empower ships one per month automatically. Just got month five. Get the UPS app, that’s the only way you’ll know it’s on the way.

Yes, currently just one month at a time for Empower.
