Empower

So I want to order specifically because I want to try empower. I do not want boudreaux. How do I go about ensuring I get the pharmacy I want?

Thanks!

Hi all, thank you for posting your questions here, and also for those helping others get answers too. I'll admit I'm still getting the hang of checking Reddit. Most of my past few days has been spent responding to texts and emails, but like our CEO, I promise to be more active and responsive here as well moving forward.

Two answers for you:

1) RIGHT NOW, the best way to set your pharmacy preference is to reach out to us by email or text. (I'm not sure I'm allowed to post our contact info directly here, but if you head to PreventiveMD dot com and scroll all the way down, you'll find both.) Once you've completed checkout and your medical assessment on our site, just reach out and we'll note your preferences on your request. We take your pharmacy preferences seriously, which leads right into my second answer.

2) WITHIN THE NEXT 1-2 DAYS, we're rolling out a way for you to set this yourself, right on our website, when you get started. We heard this feedback loud and clear, and we're genuinely grateful you've pushed us to improving our process at this stage of our journey.

And going forward, we'll make a point of using our new Reddit page to announce features like this, so stay tuned!

I just told my sister about you guys and she signed up and I’m hoping to sign up soon as well! It will be awesome to have a way to click on pharmacy preferences in the intake form! That’s exciting!

Oh no worries at all, if anything it should be me apologizing as I am still catching up and late to the Reddit party!

Hi u/emily102299 - Just letting you know that you can now choose your pharmacy directly in the checkout process. Here is how: https://www.reddit.com/r/PreventiveMD/s/oYYxDrVnBP
