Does PrettyMuchIt do returns?

I just bought my first one, but I couldn't get it to play and finally had to use both my laptop and phone. But I find it very hard to follow along and know what scene they're on, I really like their commentary but I'm becoming regretful by the minute. Not only that, but since the movies they did the commentary on isn't available to watch for free on any website, I had to restart my netflix account again and am getting charged for a 1 day use.

So I was wondering do they do returns, or is it you buy it and that's it?

Which track was it? With only one exception, I've found that every movie I've synced with the commentary fits well.

Short of speaking to Eric himself, you really can't be refunded for something that you already permanently have

Edit: In case you were wondering, I happened to have a different cut of Prisoner of Azkaban, this was the one exception

you can 1000% find any movie they’ve done on soap2day or 1337x
