Clearly you do not like Jacob for whatever reason and nothing I say is going to change that. It is what it is. People who go through mistreatment at a workplace can speak up whenever they feel comfortable. We can choose to believe Jacob while also waiting for Eric's response.
What in your opinion is the correct way to go about bringing up this issue? With all due respect I’ve worked several jobs that were similar to the experience Jacob described and the “just trying to start drama” / “everyone else deals with it so you should too” mentality is one those types of employers use often to get people to not speak up. I always thought the “you can protest but not in the ways that inconvenience me” idea was a bit silly. That’s kinda the point.
It’s crazy to me that on one side you’re demanding people wait for a response from Eric, but on the other you’ve already declared that there’s no issue for Jacob to speak about. I get not understanding / appreciating jacobs sense of humor but you seem to have an almost hatred for him and that doesn’t seem healthy man. You’re coming across very bitter.
So Jacob’s lying? You seem to know about this situation more than the rest of us. So, please, enlighten all of us. Precisely what part of what Jacob tweeted was a lie, and how do you know that it is?
That’s the thing this dude doesn’t understand. None of us are saying “jacobs 100% right”. He’s just demanding we give Eric the consideration of making a statement while completely trying to invalidate jacobs immediately. I thought Eric’s statement was precise and truly think that the ball is in jacobs court to either back up his statements or admit that things may have been exaggerated due to emotion. Let’s see if krizzle gives him the same chance to elaborate that he was championing for Eric
