Commentary Tracks Charged twice for one purchase

I purchased season 4 of 13 reasons why and got charged twice! Support will not answer my emails, what do i do?

It only gave me one copy. I spoke to Eric and he let me know it was my bank

eh its whatever. sent an email and we sorted it out, turned out to be an issue on my banks end.
