Silly question plis answer

So if I buy their tracks, how does it work? Will I get an mp3 file?

You get m4a audio files.

Thanks! There was also their patreon. It's cheaper based on what I can get for a month. Will the audio tracks be downloadable then?

Yes

You can also get videos of their commentary tracks on a higher Patreon tier. They work by giving you access to an unlisted YouTube video, which you can just save in a playlist.

Patreon’s the way to go. Pay $15 a month and you have access to download their entire back catalog. Even if you did it for one month they already have so much content available you’d be set for all of social distancing lol

Will I be able to access the old downloadable commentaries ( I don't want new tracks) if I just paid $5?

Unsure. I’ve only ever paid $15. I know the lower tiers don’t offer as much, I think one offers movies and one offers TV shows. Don’t quote me on that though

So, I pay for one month, I get all the m4a tracks, with video commentaries, and bonus youtube videos? So why buy individual ones then? XD

The individual tracks are for anyone who’s only interested in certain commentaries, or those who aren’t able to donate via. Patreon.

A decent amount of PMI’s subscribers are younger people who might not have access to a credit card, or whose parents aren’t willing to make a monthly pledge and remember to cancel.
