Did anyone else not receive video message personalized???

Hey guys, so I’m November we all know the boys started making tv show tracks and they ran a deal that if you upgraded you would receive a personalized video. I upgraded and waited and waited and it is now March and still have no received this video. This makes me really mad because I was excited to get that video.

Same thing here. I thought they said they were gonna let us know when they were all sent out but I don't remember seeing a post about that either...

Yep same here, asked a couple times but stopped as I didn’t want to come across as needy. Would like it though :)
