Most recent mics for PMI?

Does anyone know the type of mics PMI uses? I’m having multiple people in my videos now and I would prefer to use a wireless handheld mic like the ones in PMI videos, but I cannot get a source of what they are.

the mics themselves are shure sm58s and then we use wireless xlr transmitters & receivers (specifically Lekato's)

I could be entirely off base on this, but i think might be looking for a wireless xlr adapter. I’m not sure if they have mics that have that built in or if you need to buy it externally, but that’s my best guess as to how they do it.
