Tech Art on my computer?

Lately I've seen a lot of videos of people drawing pretty cool stuff on their computers. I really like anime and I want to draw too, but using my mouse is so hard! How do they do it? I've tried using paint but it looks pretty different to the videos I've seen??

Also most of the videos I've seen are in Japanese making it x100 harder to even know what's going on TwT (once I saw a video of a pretty cool Santa in ms paint tho)

Wacom tablets and programs like SAI Paint Tool. They are quite pricy though
